Isaac's Podcast- School Causes Stress on Teens (Ep.1)

Image
School causes stress on teens Podcast Pitch And welcome back to Isaac's podcast, so stress and school. Man those two things match so perfectly. Stress brings such worry, such anxiety. Many kids struggle and try to cope with it but they always seem to fail because they always aim for perfection yet don't succeed at that. They struggle their whole life because they were so focussed on getting that A in high school. They were so focussed on getting the work done, instead on focusing on what life really matters. The school system it just, things are due, there are due dates in school and kids try to meet those standards but they have sports, they have families, they want to have fun, they don't want to spend their young years worrying, but they end up worrying, and stressing, and thats the sad truth. ⇩Link Below⇩ https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Q9CfDFBpJ8pcEEAu9FKOS_kCLiuYhyB5  Sources cited:  http://web.b.ebscohost.com/src_ic/pdfviewer/pdfviewer?vid=5&

WHAT THE TRUMP?! The Teenage Thoughts on the Donald Trump Presidency

Image
Teenagers and Trump The most controversial man in America happens to be our president.  Donald J. Trump, the United States' 45th president, split America into  two halves. While many people (about half the United States) agreed  with him and his proposed political agenda, he still managed to draw lots of  controversies.   Is Donald Trump doing anything wrong? Are the American people being over-dramatic towards his presidency? Maybe it isn’t that Trump is doing a bad job, but that the American people are still caught up in that he managed to beat Hillary? Rather than having adults answer these questions, maybe it’s time that kids share their opinions because the only opinions we ever get are old stinky adult ones. Find out in this episode of Arekcast, with your host Arek Gadomski, as we gather information from teenage High-school students on our president and discuss controversial topics regarding him. A Million Things to Talk About: Sports Talk - Positive and Negative Impacts Sports Talk- Positive and Negative Impacts  By: Matt Sternak About the Podcast:   When it comes to sports there are two types of people stort lovers and people who could care less about them. In the world, there are about 265 million people who play sports each year and about 63% that watch them on TV. With that many people being fans and engaged in sports you would think that there wouldn't be a lot of controversy on whether sports have a positive or negative influence on people. People of different backgrounds and fans of different sports will have a wide variety of different viewpoints. However, what seems to be most interesting is how every person's life is surrounded by sports. Sports advertising sports games sports apparel. All that high schoolers talk about is the next game or how they did on tryouts. Sports teams all over the world represent their countries. Go head-to-h

Is the American Dream Realistically Attainable?

Image
Hi, my name is Krystal Plaza. I'm a sophomore at Fenton High School. and I have experienced at least 2 people fighting to obtain The American Dream first hand. The American Dream: a national epitome of the United States, the set of ideals in which freedom includes the opportunity and success, as well as an upward social mobility for the family and children, achieved through hard work. But can it really be reached by today's standards? It's hard enough to reach for people born in the US but it can be even harder for those who have immigrated here. In this podcast, I offer that perspective. Born in Mexico, my mother has faced many trials finding her own American Dream. What is the American Dream and is it Reachable?
