In my series, I combine military history and present-day issues to create a unique military history. In this episode, the topic is Vietnam veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My podcast "Veteran Speaks" goes in depth into the experiences of a Vietnam vet and how his PTSD has affected his life.

Welcome to My Running Blog Page! A Little Bit About Me. . . Hey! My name is Chris and I am a sophomore at Fenton High School. I have been running for roughly 4 years and have really enjoyed it. I have a YouTube channel where I post a variety of different content and I also play the trumpet. I have two younger brothers, one of which also runs on a cross country team, and a Goldendoodle dog named Sophie. My Podcast Every sport seems to present its own challenges. By far, running is a sport that seems to have a ton. You are faced with mental and physical problems such as knowing how much you can run and how much you can motivate yourself to keep going further. Many kids struggle and try to cope with it but they always seem to fail because they always aim for perfection yet don't succeed at that. They struggle their whole life because they were so focussed on getting that A in high school. They were so focussed on getting the work done, instead on focusing on what life really matters.
