About Me
My name is Analisa Murillo, I'm 15 years old and I'm a sophomore at Fenton High School. As a student, school shootings are an issue that is very important to me. It is crucial that myself and others feel safe inside of school. I created this podcast to bring awareness to this topic and contribute to educating students about school shootings.

In This Episode
There have been nearly as many U.S. mass shootings as days in 2018. As of October 29, there have been 297 cases of gun violence in America. As stories of these tragedies flood the media, one question is clearly presented. Should gun laws be more strict in the United States? This episode will focus on school shootings and how anyone can easily obtain a weapon with the intentions of harming innocent people. It is standard that students are trained on how to act in the event of an intruder, but why has this become normalized? How can we as a society prevent these disasters from happening?

    I love your topic. Sadly, school shootings are so relevant. I enjoyed how you conducted your research, and I can tell your topic was impactful to you. Plus the information you gave was strongly supportive of your topic. The music and editing of your podcast was also done well. Good job!

    Hey Analisa, I thought that you had a really intriguing attention getter and I will definitely be putting your podcast of my list to listen to. Your whole page is organized well with the heading and subheading. The only thing I would add to your page is maybe some more pictures about your topic and some pictures of you.
