What's Behind the Rainbow

Hi!! My name is Abbygale Horvath and when I found out that the assignment had to be on something controversial, as well as something that relates to us personally somehow, something instantly came to mind..

Last year, my older sister Angelina, came out as bisexual. I saw this to be a good topic because when she decided to come out, both of my parents had very different opinions which they expressed differently as well. Because of my father's family's views as he grew up as well as his own religious views, he wasn't a fan of the idea and actually disagreed to do an interview. My dad actually has a really big heart, he just didn't want to seem like the bad guy. However, he's warming up to the idea little by little.













On the other hand, my mom was completely fine with it. She had family members that she knew were gay since she was just a little girl. My mom has always told us that she would always love us no matter who we were and she does just that!!
