Standardized Testing
If you live in the United States, you have heard all about standardized testing. From simple ones like a small STAR test to more extreme and well-known ones such as the PSAT, SAT, ACT, etc. Multiple studies have shown that standardized testing has been overwhelming the nation's public schools. A typical student takes 112 mandated standardized tests between pre-kindergarten classes and 12th grade, a new Council of the Great City Schools study found. By contrast, most countries that outperform the United States on international exams test students three times during their school careers. Question is, is the use of standardized testing improving education in America?

I like this topic since it is very controversial and a lot of people can agree and disagree. Good job on the topic choice and the introduction of the podcast.
