MS-13 and the struggles of a Mexican-American
My name is Esteban Martinez and I'm a sophomore in Fenton High School. I enjoy shooting my BB Gun, I also enjoy the outdoors. I am a Sea Cadet as an E-3 (Seaman), I've been to Recruit Training at Great Lakes Recruit Training Command in Division 002. A week after my Graduation, I had to leave again to a Special Operation Corpsman training down in Marseilles at an Army Reserve National Guard base, After passing many exams and passing a 24-hour operation with no sleep, I earned my patch and graduated. 25% of the class failed, even those who were physically stronger than me, but when it comes to survival training, It's all a mental game.

This was very interesting. Great Job Estaban!
ReplyDeleteHey Esteban, I only listened to a part of your podcast but I can say that I really liked the direction in which you went with this. I liked how you started out with an interview with many people in Fenton High School which allowed you to get an all around viewpoint about MS-13 through their various opinions. I also liked how yours had no music. Other podcasts I noticed had music over their voices and I could not hear anything over there's and having this clarity is huge in my eyes. I also like how your profile page has pictures of the U.S. Military. Knowing you a bit, I know that your dream is to become a member in the U.S. Military and I think that this is really cool sharing this with me and your viewers. Overall, Esteban, I expected nothing less, great job!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I accidentally posted the same comment on your other post
I really like the introduction of your podcast and how mentally tough you are. Maybe with this mental toughness, you should be an linemen for the Fenton Football team. You would fit the team.
ReplyDeleteWow! This is really impressive post that reminds me the time that I have spent in US military. Thanks for this post.
