The truth Behind College Sports
Hi, my name is Patrick Block and I am a sophomore at Fenton High School. Since I have been required to make this podcast I decided to do it on something I care about. As a three-sport high school athlete, I decided to write about whether or not college athletes should be paid. This topic first became important to me when my cousin, who played college football, came home and said he wasn't getting enough food to eat even though he was on a scholarship. It was an honor to have him on the podcast so he could share exactly what his struggles were while playing college football and what changes he thinks should be made. Listen to what he has to say and decide what you think on this controversial topic. Hopefully, you will laugh a little and enjoy a lot. But even if you hate it, please keep listening because my grade depends on it.
